Jeder Bewerber und jede Bewerberin oder jedes Kollektiv kann ein Projekt einreichen, das eine konzeptuelle Verbindung zum Thema FIESTA (\u201eFest\u201c) hat, wobei FIESTA \/ Fest vor allem verstanden wird als soziales und k\u00fcnstlerisches Labor, als Ort des Dialogs, der Partizipation aber auch der Auseinandersetzung. Bei den eingereichten Projekten wird insbesondere die Interdisziplinarit\u00e4t bewertet (Performance, Aktionskunst, Musik, Tanz, Architektur, Bildende Kunst, Installation, Klangkunst, Digitale Kunst, etc.) sowie der prozesshafte und der performative Charakter in jeder dieser Disziplinen.<\/p>\n
Sollte das eingereichte Projekt ausgew\u00e4hlt werden, darf die Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr Produktionskosten ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr die Realisierung und \/ oder \u00f6ffentliche, performative Durchf\u00fchrung \/ Durchf\u00fchrung einer k\u00fcnstlerischen Aktion dieses Projekts im Rahmen der Deutsch-Spanischen Kulturbegegnung verwendet werden.<\/p>\n
Die ausgew\u00e4hlten Projekte werden \u00f6ffentlich im Rahmen der VII. Deutsch-Spanischen Kulturbegegnung pr\u00e4sentiert. Oktober 2018 f\u00fcr die Teilnahme an der VII. Intelectuales y artistas de ambos pa\u00edses discutieron entre otros asuntos: la represi\u00f3n y la reconciliaci\u00f3n, la memoria y el futuro, los ideales y expectativas de las nuevas generaciones, la historia oral y el papel que juegan los supervivientes y testigos de la \u00e9poca, y por \u00faltimo, la memoria en la literatura y el cine. En \u00e9l, pol\u00edticos, cient\u00edficos, artistas y otros expertos reflexionaron y debatieron sobre el estado actual de la migraci\u00f3n en sus distintas dimensiones: pol\u00edtica, social, religiosa, ling\u00fc\u00edstica y literaria, conformando un debate centrado, en todo momento, en Espa\u00f1a y Alemania.<\/p> Este tema que alcanzaba cada vez mayor relevancia, en el a\u00f1o 2007 requiri\u00f3 la misma urgencia de reacci\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a y en Alemania, aunque teniendo en cuenta las diferentes condiciones hist\u00f3ricas previas. Los objetivos del Encuentro se situaban en identificar las estrategias para evitar o paliar los efectos de la crisis en el sector y reforzar a la vez el di\u00e1logo y la red de conexiones hispano-alemanas. El n\u00facleo del encuentro lo constituyeron los debates entre artistas, instituciones culturales, coleccionistas, galeristas, y otros representantes del sector del arte de ambos pa\u00edses, que reflexionaron de forma cr\u00edtica y constructiva sobre formulas creativas para convivir con la crisis del sistema. El prop\u00f3sito fue convocar a creadores de Alemania y Espa\u00f1a para que investigaran y trabajaran sobre el tema de la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y el trabajo colectivo. El proyecto pretend\u00eda crear una plataforma participativa en torno a las artes visuales; esta plataforma operaba como un conjunto de acciones interrelacionadas: una convocatoria p\u00fablica, una herramienta web, la presentaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de los proyectos seleccionados y un encuentro profesional de los creadores con soci\u00f3logos, fil\u00f3sofos, historiadores, gestores culturales, etc. En este sentido, la iniciativa ten\u00eda el objetivo de desbloquear los compartimentos estancos existentes en el contexto art\u00edstico, dotando de influencia y empoderamiento a los ciudadanos en la toma de decisiones que les ata\u00f1en y afectan; as\u00ed como de experimentar una nueva metodolog\u00eda que hac\u00eda uso de la trasparencia y el consenso en el proceso de trabajo, auspiciando las buenas pr\u00e1cticas desde las instituciones. Con el apoyo de los asesores del encuentro, Andr\u00e9s Lepik, Andr\u00e9s Jaque y Ariadna Cantis se lanz\u00f3 la convocatoria en Alemania y en Espa\u00f1a y se seleccionaron 10 propuestas. El proyecto y la selecci\u00f3n se orientaron hacia aquellas personas que entienden la arquitectura de un modo abierto y que trabajan atentas a lo que ocurre a su alrededor, escuchando y dialogando, construyendo a medida y para la gente, por lo que el dec\u00e1logo de Andr\u00e9s Jaque del proyecto Freshlatino sirvi\u00f3 como marco de referencia conceptual.<\/p> Los autores de los 10 proyectos seleccionados en la convocatoria los expusieron p\u00fablicamente y se presentaron en un dise\u00f1o de exposici\u00f3n modular y abierto construido por el colectivo Zuloark en mayo de 2015 en el Instituto Cervantes de Berl\u00edn.<\/p> Los seleccionados participaron tambi\u00e9n en los debates, junto a los expertos alemanes, espa\u00f1oles y latinoamericanos. Las mesas de debate versaron sobre las relaciones entre arquitectura y pol\u00edtica, el espacio p\u00fablico, la formaci\u00f3n de los arquitectos, las pr\u00e1cticas en Latinoam\u00e9rica, as\u00ed como la comunicaci\u00f3n y divulgaci\u00f3n de la arquitectura en ambos pa\u00edses.<\/p> La exposici\u00f3n se present\u00f3 posteriormente en octubre de 2015 en la Sala de Exposiciones del Ministerio de Fomento La Arquer\u00eda, en Madrid. A continuaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se mostr\u00f3 en el Museo W\u00fcrth La Rioja en el marco del Festival Internacional de Arquitectura y Dise\u00f1o CONC\u00c9NTRICO, en abril de 2016, as\u00ed como en el marco de la Semana de la Arquitectura en Tabakalera en San Sebasti\u00e1n, en octubre de 2016.
