Deutsch-Spanische Kulturbeziehung setzte als Initiative der Goethe-Institute in Spanien und der Institutos Cervantes in Deutschland an, um im deutsch-spanischen Dialog wichtige Akteure der deutsch-spanischen Kulturbeziehungen aus beiden L\u00e4ndern zusammenzubringen, mit dem Ziel, eben diese Kulturbeziehungen in den darauffolgenden Jahren weiterzuentwickeln. \u201eDie deutsch-spanischen Kulturbeziehungen im europ\u00e4ischen Kontext\u201c war der Auftakt einer kontinuierlichen Zusammenarbeit.<\/p>\n<p>Wichtige Akteure auf dem Gebiet des deutsch-spanischen Kontextes sollten eine Bestandsaufnahme relevanter Felder der deutsch-spanischen Kulturbeziehungen vornehmen und dabei auftretende Probleme artikulieren und weiterf\u00fchrende Perspektiven erarbeiten. Deutsch-Spanischen Kulturbegegnung stand das Thema \u201eMigration\u201c im Mittelpunkt: \u201eMigration und kulturelle Identit\u00e4ten\u201c. Politiker, Wissenschaftler, K\u00fcnstler und andere Experten pr\u00e4sentierten Ideen und diskutierten \u00fcber die aktuellen Entwicklungen der Migration in ihren verschiedenen Aspekten: Politik, Gesellschaft, Religion, Sprache, Literatur \u2013 stets fokussiert auf Spanien und Deutschland im europ\u00e4ischen Kontext.<\/p>\n<p>Die in ihrer Bedeutung dramatisch zunehmende Migrationsthematik stellte sich zum damaligen Zeitpunkt in Spanien und Deutschland mit gleicher Dringlichkeit, aber auf der Grundlage unterschiedlicher historischer Voraussetzungen. Deshalb er\u00f6ffnete ein Vergleich beider L\u00e4nder die Chance, die vielf\u00e4ltigen, nicht nur damals aktuellen sondern auch historischen Verzweigungen und Schichten der Migration in den Blick zu bekommen. Deutsch-Spanische Kulturbegegnung lud zur Diskussion \u00fcber die Wechselwirkungen zwischen der damaligen Wirtschaftslage und den Bildenden K\u00fcnsten ein, v.a. zur Diskussion dar\u00fcber, ob und wie die Krise als Katalysator f\u00fcr L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze dienen kann und welche Entwicklungen sich abzeichneten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kulturbegegnung brachte mehr als 30 deutsche und spanische Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten aus der Kunstwelt zusammen und konnte mehr als 500 Teilnehmer verzeichnen. Sie schaffte so ein Forum f\u00fcr Information und Austausch, das auch kunstinteressierten Berlinern offen stand. Die Akteure in Deutschland und Spanien sollten enger miteinander vernetzt sowie der kulturelle Dialog verst\u00e4rkt werden. Im Zentrum standen Begegnungen zwischen K\u00fcnstlern, Kulturinstitutionen, Sammlern und anderen Vertretern des Kunstsektors der beiden L\u00e4nder, die in unterschiedlichen Konstellationen kritisch und konstruktiv einen kreativen Umgang mit der Krise reflektierten. Deutsch-Spanischen Kulturbegegnung wurde eine Ausschreibung f\u00fcr k\u00fcnstlerische Projekte aus Deutschland und Spanien organisiert, die in ihrer Arbeitsweise und\/oder Produktionsweise das Thema der B\u00fcrgerbeteiligung einbeziehen. Deutsche und spanische K\u00fcnstler sollten so dazu einzuladen werden, \u00fcber dieses Thema zu reflektieren und zu arbeiten. Das Projekt verfolgte dabei das Ziel, eine partizipative K\u00fcnstlerplattform im Bereich der Bildenden K\u00fcnste ins Leben zu rufen. Diese Plattform bestand aus verschiedenen miteinander vernetzten Aktionen, die als eine integrierte Einheit funktionierten: \u00f6ffentliche Ausschreibung, interaktive Webseite, Arbeitstreffen und \u00f6ffentliche Pr\u00e4sentation von Projekten sowie Fachtreffen und Themen-Workshops der ausgew\u00e4hlten K\u00fcnstler mit Soziologen, Philosophen, Geschichtswissenschaftlern, Kulturagenten, etc. In diesem Zusammenhang intendierte dieses Projekt, bestehende festgefahrene und \u00fcberholte Prozesse und Vorgehensweisen im k\u00fcnstlerischen Kontext freizulegen und eine Reflexion dar\u00fcber anzusto\u00dfen. Ein besonderes Augenmerk galt dabei der Einflussnahme und des Empowerment von B\u00fcrgern bei Prozessen der Entscheidungsfindung. Bei der Durchf\u00fchrung des Projekts selbst spielten deshalb auch neue Methoden, wie die einer breiteren Beteiligung, mehr Transparenz und gemeinschaftlichem Konsens, eine tragende Rolle f\u00fcr beide organisierende Institutionen. Deutsch-Spanische Kulturbegegnung w\u00e4hlte 2014 das Thema Architektur ins Zentrum zu stellen. Zusammen mit den Projektbegleitern Andres Lepik, Andr\u00e9s Jaque und Ariadna Cantis wurde die \u00f6ffentliche Ausschreibung und die VI. Deutsch-Spanische Kulturbegegnung mit der Fragestellung<\/p>\n<p><em>Architectus Omnibus?<\/em> lanciert und insgesamt 10 Projekte ausgew\u00e4hlt. Das Projekt und die Ausschreibung war auf jene Personen und Kollektive ausgerichtet, die ihre Arbeit mit einer besonderen Aufmerksamkeit f\u00fcr ihre Umgebung verbinden, die zuh\u00f6ren, in Dialog mit den Menschen treten und von deren Bed\u00fcrfnissen ausgehend Entw\u00fcrfe gestalten. Als Kriterien f\u00fcr die Auswahl der zehn Projekte f\u00fcr Architectus Omnibus? diente dabei der Dekalog von\u00a0<em>Freshlatino<\/em> von Andr\u00e9s Jaque.<\/p>\n<p>Die Autoren der zehn ausgew\u00e4hlten Projekte pr\u00e4sentierten und stellten diese \u00f6ffentlich im Mai 2015 in einem modularen Ausstellungsdesign des Kollektivs Zuloark im Instituto Cervantes Berlin aus. Dar\u00fcber hinaus nahmen sie auch an den Diskussionen mit denen bei der Begegnung vertretenen deutschen, spanischen und lateinamerikanischen Experten an f\u00fcnf runden Tischen teil, die thematisch von der Verflechtung von Architektur und Politik \u00fcber den \u201eBlickpunkt \u00d6ffentlicher Raum\u201c und den Ausblick nach Lateinamerika bis zur Vorstellung von Ausbildungskonzepten f\u00fcr Architekten und schlie\u00dflich zu Fragen der Vermittlung von Architektur in beiden L\u00e4ndern reichten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ausstellung wurde im Anschluss im Oktober 2015 im Ausstellungssaal <em>La Arquer\u00eda <\/em>des spanischen Bauministeriums, Nuevos Ministerios in Madrid gezeigt. Danach, im Rahmen des Internationalen Architektur- und Designfestivals CONC\u00c9NTRICO, im April 2016 im Museo W\u00fcrth La Rioja, sowie w\u00e4hrend der Architekturwoche in San Sebasti\u00e1n in der Tabakalera im Oktober 2016.
